Zion UCC hosts Run for the Homeless Aug. 25; registration forms now available

Registration forms for the first Zion United Church of Christ Run for the Homeless, a 5K Run/Walk to support the Burlington Area Homeless Shelter, are now available.

The event is Aug. 25 at North Hill Park, with registration at the church, 412 N. Fifth St. Registration is $20; $25 after Aug. 17. In addition to the registration fee, participants are urged to make a canned food or other donation to the homeless shelter on the day of the event.
